Resource Development Committee

This committee is responsible for developing new sources of revenue to support the Program and maintaining relationships with current major donors to sustain the Program.

Tasks associated with this committee’s work:

  1. Initiate, track and monitor fund development activities.
  2. Develop strategies that identify and cultivates potential donors (individual and business)
  3. Ensure that our donor database is maintained and effectively utilized.
  4. Develop strategies to build advocacy for the Elizabeth Wesley Program.
  5. Facilitate community outreach activities.
  6. Manage pledges.
